What is Export iCloud?
Export iCloud is a specialized online utility that helps you export images and videos from your iCloud in their original format, packaging them into a single archive for a one-time bulk download.
Typically, when your iPhone storage is full and you need to move large volumes of media to other devices, the process is a headache. Because mobile devices often store optimized versions rather than original files, users are forced to log in to iCloud to manually download and then delete files—a workflow that is notoriously slow and prone to errors.
Export iCloud streamlines this by allowing you to sort media by creation date (chronological or reverse), download a specific quantity (including the option to skip a set number of items), and even automatically delete files from iCloud after a successful download (Please note: Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Always ensure you have verified and backed up your original files before choosing this option.).
Compared to downloading manually, Export iCloud is more accurate and convenient. (Of course, Export iCloud still requires you to download the packaged files to your local device, but it’s much faster. For example, with 3,000 photos or videos, Export iCloud only requires you to submit the task and wait for a notification when the task is completed before quickly downloading the files. With iCloud, for less experienced users, it might take half a day or even a day, and you also need to ensure there are no errors.)
How does Export iCloud work?
Export iCloud automates the download process based on the specific task requirements you submit. After you provide your iCloud credentials to initiate a session (Two-Factor Authentication may be required; please ensure your username and password are correct on your own device first), our system handles the heavy lifting.
Once the task is complete, a download link will be generated for your archive (Note: Due to storage limitations, all generated zip files are automatically purged from our servers after 7 days.). You can find the unique extraction password for your archive on your personal “Orders” page.
Is Export iCloud safe?
Export iCloud does not record or store your iCloud password. Every download task is executed in an isolated environment, and the extraction password for every archive is dynamically generated with high complexity to ensure data security.
All files associated with download links are automatically and permanently deleted after 7 days.
How much does it cost? Why is there a fee?
Based on the planned download quantity, the system will match the most suitable price tier according to your current planned download quantity and the actual quantity in your iCloud storage, and will prompt you with a confirmation dialog box before submitting payment (you can cancel submission if you are not satisfied, please note that refunds are not possible after submission and the task has started).
For your convenience, each user has a free usage quota of 100.
Export iCloud utilizes significant server processing power and high-speed storage to serve our users, and we charge a fee to cover these operational costs and ensure the service remains stable.

Why is the maximum download limit 3,000? Can I export more?
To ensure stability given our current server capacity, we have temporarily capped the maximum limit per task at 3,000 items (which typically covers the average volume of media a standard user generates in a year).
